Gollum jade, known as a Crassula ovata or money plant, is a tiny succulent bush, which grows up to 3 feet tall and diameter up to 2 feet. Gollum jade has beautiful green colour leaves.

On the tips of leaves, it has a red circle, it produces flowers in the early cooler months in the star-shaped, and they are in pinkish white colour.

When you place the Gollum in sunlight, Gollum jade needs 4 hours of early morning sunlight directly every day, and the plant cannot survive long in the afternoon sun, which is scorch.

Shift the Gollum to the place of everyday shade when you observe the yellow or brown colour spots on it. Protect the plant from scorch and place them in a safe area.

Gollum grows in a pot indoors or an outdoor garden. The plant needs enough light for growing happily and no need too much light. It may cause sunburn if there is a temperature of intense heat.

It is best to place Gollum indoors near the window. If you want to put the plant indoor, be aware of the problems like scorch; slowly acclimate the sun to the plants.

When the plant comes to water, the Gollum is sensitive and maintenance-free. The plant needs less water, do not overwater it, may cause problems. The dryness of the soil means it is time to water.

For a healthy crassula jade plant, kept your succulent in temperatures between 7 to 29 Celsius or 45 to 85 Fahrenheit.
